From October 1st, Russia will impose export ban on semi finished products of leather products and leather goods in half a year, which will affect the total value of US $100 million sold to Italy and a series of EU countries.

Belarus and Kazakhstan were also advised to implement similar export prohibitions.

Italy producers are the first to suffer export ban restrictions.

According to data provided by Russian customs, Italy became a major importer of semi finished goods in Russia last year (valued at US $70 million), and a small number of orders were exported to Spain, Poland, Turkey and Hongkong.

At the same time, Russia's imports of semi-finished products are not more than 1 million dollars.

The Russian Ministry of Commerce and industry in the interpretation of the provisions of the domestic market on the shortage of semi-finished goods, said nearly 1/3 of the products used for export sales.

Export volume

The increase is due to the lower price of Russian raw materials than the global market 20-25%.

Two way sanctions also affect the lives of the Russian people even if they destroy their wealth.

Russia will stop buying foreign light industrial products from September 1st, including foreign shoes with federal demand.

Reduction of imports depends on domestic products.

Replace

Therefore, the consumption of domestic leather goods will increase.

At present, Russia is right.

Fur goods

The demand for raw materials is 150 thousand tons per year.

Russian Prime Minister Medvedev said in mid July that government procurement was best for domestic producers.

He pointed out at a meeting of the Russian government's Deputy Prime Minister: "our government procurement is huge, huge budget allocation is used to purchase goods and services, and, of course, out of common sense, they have better come from domestic enterprises."
