The number of complaints is 6666 and 4528 respectively, accounting for 42.5% and 28.87% of the total number of complaints this year. The number of complaints of service category, housing and decoration materials, household machinery, agricultural production materials and other commodities accounts for 24.12%, 1.81%, 1.61%, 1.97%, 2.32% of the total number of complaints in 2007, respectively. According to the relevant person in charge of the Tangshan City Consumer Association, some businessmen have grasped the characteristics of eating and wearing, and have made full use of the merchandise, such as using new styles, cheap prices and other means to attract consumers. However, they have neglected the inherent quality, and even more, they will re sell the deteriorated food after being repackaged, which directly leads to a high level of complaints about clothing, shoes and caps and food in department stores. According to the statistics and analysis of Tangshan City Consumers Association, the main problems of clothing and shoes and hat products mainly involve two aspects. One is the unclear identification or the difference between the content and the actual content; two, the sales staff do not know clearly about the characteristics of the commodity material, or the oral promise of the clothing they sell, which makes the oral promise difficult to give evidence. In addition, another hot spot for consumer complaints is household electronics and electrical goods complaints, including complaints of communications products, accounting for 21.86% of the total complaints, and mobile phone complaints were "sustained high temperature". The main problems of communication products include poor call quality, unable to receive normally, disconnection, dropping, sudden automatic shutdown, key failure, LCD display failure, short battery waiting time and other quality problems. Tangshan City Consumers Association reminds consumers especially that shopping should be rational and avoid blindness.
