The Management Committee issued the national standard Notice No. second in 2011, which covered many issues.

The most important concern is the mandatory standard of textiles GB18401-2010 "basic safety technology for national textile products".

Compared with the old standard, the new standard has some new changes, both in terms of index requirements and testing methods.
