Guangdong Garment Producer Skills Competition Starts

A total of 19 teams from Guangdong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Dongguan participated in the selection contest of Guangdong garment manufacturing skills competition.

I learned from the Guangdong clothing and apparel industry association that the 19 teams are Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Huizhou, Foshan, Heyuan, Chaozhou, Boluo, Boluo, Boluo, Shantou, and so on. The trials have now been completed. The finals will be held in the government hall of Yuen Chau Town in August 10th and will be reported on the fashion week in Guangdong.

It is a rising star of Guangdong's textile and garment industry cluster development over the years. With the strong industrial foundation and distinctive industrial characteristics, in recent years, in the work of undertaking industrial transfer, we have established a new industrial park and a perfect government service system, playing a more and more important role. Xiong Manchi, mayor of Yuanzhou Town, said that at present, there are more than 1200 clothing and supporting enterprises in Yuzhou town. Most of the products are casual wear. The annual output of various garments is nearly 100 million pieces (sets), with an annual output value of more than 5 billion 200 million yuan, occupying more than 60% of the town's industry, and more than 100 thousand workers in the garment industry, accounting for 50% of the workforce.
