Yiwu Found 5520 Pairs Of Counterfeit NIKE Nike Sneakers

Recently, Yiwu inspection and Quarantine Bureau staff carried out on-site inspection in a warehouse, and found a number of counterfeit Nike (NIKE) artificial leather shoes, a total of 230 boxes, 5520 pairs of goods, the value of 25800 yuan.

After investigation, the goods are purchased from the market by foreign customers and ready for export to Norway.

At present, the Yiwu Bureau has sealed the goods in accordance with the "import and Export Commodity Inspection Law", and will file for investigation according to the relevant legal requirements.

At present, the quality of export commodities in Yiwu market has improved significantly. However, due to the lack of corresponding intellectual property rights and awareness of origin protection, some production enterprises and market operators blindly listen to the illegal requirements of foreign customers and purchasers for processing and production.

Once the goods are exported, they will seriously affect the reputation of our export commodities.

To this end, the Yiwu Bureau will continue to focus on ensuring quality and safety of commodities as the focus of this year's work, increasing checks on market purchases and exports and cracking down on counterfeit and shoddy products.

The Bureau will further strengthen industry, customs and other departments to strengthen the awareness and education of market operators' property rights and protection of origin, so as to enhance the sense of responsibility for quality and safety of export entities, effectively reduce the outflow of counterfeit and shoddy goods and maintain the credibility of Yiwu's market purchases and exports.
