Afghanistan's economic development has stagnated in the past two years, but the electricity supplier market can directly sell their traders to the world. The first plan is launched this year.

To help local businesses sell their products overseas, thereby changing the current state of economic stagnation.

According to foreign media reports in June 20th, the Afghan international commodity exchange market will help local businesses borrow money from online international traders and promote the development of the inland economy through export.

"In the past 14 years, Afghanistan has largely relied on imports, and our trading companies have almost no direct contact with international buyers. Afghanistan's products are mainly sold through intermediaries."

Hassib Rahimi, executive director of the Kabul government business association, said: "because of the political situation, our business is stagnant and investors are fleeing us, but the electricity supplier market can let our traders directly sell the goods all over the world."

According to the introduction, the plan is invested by the Pride Group of UAE, reaching 20 million US dollars, and will also carry out infrastructure construction, such as building warehouses for retailers and providing refrigerators.

Through the electronic commerce platform, Afghan traders will be able to sell their products, such as agricultural products, handicrafts, gemstones and so on.

"Within 1 years, the project will be implemented for the first time in major cities in China. We also plan to allow big companies to reach out to rural areas and sell their products."

Rahimi said.

Reporters learned that Afghanistan's gross domestic product increased from 2 billion 500 million US dollars in 2001 to US $about 20000000000, and the economic development in recent two years has stagnated, mainly due to the controversy after the presidential election and the uncertainty of NATO's combat mission.

The Kabul government and its revenue this year are about $1 billion 800 million, less than the income of poppy cultivation in Afghanistan.
